Subscription and Kit:
Upon registration, each subscriber is entitled to a kit containing match and training jerseys provided by the academy.
The academy reserves the right to change the wearable jersey for every term, and associated fees for new jerseys shall be borne by subscribers.
Participant's Health:
Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that subscribers are physically fit to participate in the training sessions and have no health conditions that might be exacerbated during physical activity.
Liability for Injuries:
The academy shall not be liable for injuries sustained by participants, except in cases where the academy has acted negligently in providing a safe training environment.
Parental Monitoring:
Parents or guardians are required to be present or have a responsible adult supervise and monitor the training sessions at all times.
Subscription Period and Payments:
The subscription period and associated fees are as outlined in the fee structure provided. Payment deadlines, methods, and any penalties for late payments are detailed in the fee structure.
Conduct and Discipline:
Participants are expected to adhere to the academy's code of conduct during training sessions, showing respect towards coaches, staff, and fellow participants.
The academy reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of training, in case of repeated misconduct or disruptive behavior.
Communication and Changes:
The academy will communicate any changes to the terms and conditions or training schedules through email, website notifications, or other suitable means.
Intellectual Property:
Any intellectual property, including training materials and techniques developed during the sessions, remains the property of the academy.
Cancellation and Refunds:
Cancellation of subscription is subject to the terms specified in the fee structure. Refund policies, if applicable, are as detailed in the fee structure.
Safety and Supervision
The academy shall provide a safe training environment, adhering to safety protocols and ensuring adequate supervision during sessions.
